SCHOOL PORTRAIT BOOKING FORM
Please complete the following contact form to ensure I have the correct details for your child's school photos.
This form helps me organize the photo sessions and galleries smoothly and ensure I have the correct information to deliver each child's gallery promptly after the school photo session has taken place.
GENERAL INFO
•PLEASE NOTE: Full payment required before date of school portraits•
•Please send Proof of Payment to info@willeneadendorff.co.za•
•A gallery link will be sent out to each parent to download their child's images•
•Photos will be posted on social media. Please make sure to communicate beforehand children who do not have social media consent•
•Editing period is 4 - 6 weeks•
•A 15% discount can be applied to any Family Session booked with Willene Adendorff Photography, when one of the above packages are booked (T&C's applied)•
•No cash payments will be accepted•
By submitting the form, you agree to the terms outlined below.
• Use of photos taken during the session for marketing purposes (website, print, social media etc.).
• All children will be photographed as they are with the best attempt to capture the happy side.
• Willene Adendorff Photography reserves the right to edit and release ONLY those images creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards and style.
• Willene Adendorff Photography owns copyrights for any and all images produced.
